Lockheed Martin Mission Planner/OMS Administrator - NASC / Eglin AFB, FL in Eglin Afb, Florida
ALIS Offboard Mission Support Subject Matter Expert supporting the National ALIS Support Center located at Eglin AFB, Florida. Selected candidate will provide ALIS Subject Matter Expert-level guidance to ALIS OMS Administrators throughout the F-35 Enterprise – both CONUS and OCONUS.
NASC-assigned personnel will: - Be considered an authority in their respective ALIS specialty (System, DBA, OMS, Network, Security Administration) - Update and maintain the NASC CONOPS document as administrative tasks, methods, and technologies change - Author and maintain/review for accuracy documentation used by field administrators to perform daily tasks in support of flight and maintenance operations at their respective locations - Support Field Administrators by providing timely, expert guidance or triage of common or emergent ALIS issues via telephone, email, or instant message - Perform centralized administrative tasks on remote ALIS nodes through a VPN connection - Support node configuration management efforts across the enterprise through the aggregation of common issues encountered throughout the enterprise by monitoring and responding to Action Requests within the CRM application and proactively using automated tools to uncover data or performance problems and elevating issues when necessary
Basic Qualifications Candidates must have a Final Transferable Secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last five years. Candidates Must be able to attain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
- Extensive experience as an OMS Administrator/Mission Planner within the ALIS program
- Considered an authority on ALIS MPSE and F-35 COMSEC concept of operations, common issues with MPS equipment and their resolutions. Additionally: 1) Strong systems and software engineering and/or ALIS site mission planning environment stand up and sustainment 2) Prior ALIS mission planning and system administration with extensive knowledge of existing LM products and processes, to include Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) hardware and software 3) Certified in Security+ or equivalent 4) Demonstrated superior mission planning and system administration skills, to include: a) Experience with Ground Data Receptacles and STOP OS rebuilds b) In-depth understanding of ALIS middleware and messaging architecture c) VIASat and Taclane experience desired d) ability to scale and build out MPSE solutions based on customer requirements 5) Excellent communication & Verbal skills 6) Self starter & be able to Multi-task 7) Familiar with ALIS COTS/developed Software 8) Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance and be able to obtain and hold Special Access Program (SAP) clearances 9) Must be willing to work off hours, to include 0300-1200, 0700-1600 or 1000-1900, and/or 1500-2400 depending on operational needs. 10) Must be willing to travel for extended periods depending on operational needs. Position may require the ability to perform in an arduous duty environment.
