Manpower is seeking individuals interested in temporary entry level Tier 1 Technical Support work at our Fort Walton Beach location. In this exciting role, you will support a variety of users and must demonstrate abilities required for excellent Service Desk support including: impeccable customer service skills and technical experience. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours that may include weekends and evenings. Work hours will range from 20 - 40 hours per week. Works consists of inbound calls and tickets from an established user base with no sales, advertising or marketing. The length of employment can vary from 1 - 3 months depending on customer need.

Candidates must have prior PC technical experience or training and may be required to show proof of any certificates or training. Training on job-related specific systems and requirements will be provided by TelaForce.

Required Qualifications:

  • PC Technical experience or training

  • Ability to type 45 WPM

  • Proficient experience using Windows 7, 8, 10 and Microsoft Office products 2013 - 2016

  • Proficient experience using and configuring Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, & Safari web browsers with Flash and Java plug-ins

  • Ability to pass Level 2 background check and a drug screening

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience with PC Technical Support and/or equivalent training: 1 year

Desired Qualifications and Training:

  • Call Center / Service Desk experience

  • Experience using an IT ticketing system, ServiceNow┬« experience a plus

  • A+ Certification
