GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides support to Regional management with day-to-day operational analysis, preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports, asset management, contract labor authorizations, and a variety of administrative tasks.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports and tracks statistical measurement results.

  • Identifies operational metrics below performance standards.

  • Prepares contractor installation and service purchase requisitions.

  • Reconciles tool and test equipment distribution against purchases and deployment levels.

  • Assists in the monthly internal control reviews for each market.

  • Manages the company’s fleet of vehicles.

  • Distributes daily customer escalations to each market and tracks follow-up responses.

  • Assists in the management, coordination, and distribution of the company uniform program.

  • Acts as a liaison between other departments to support staff.

  • Performs clerical duties including phone support. Appointment organization and meeting scheduling as requested.

  • Practices sound judgement, discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Performs various duties/projects as directed.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • High School Degree required; Associates Degree or above preferred.

  • Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business/Financial.

  • Preferred – Knowledge of and experience with Mediacom departments and management systems.

  • Advanced computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Extensive Excel skills required.

  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.

  • Project management experience and organization skills.

  • Reliable and able to perform assigned duties with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to interact with senior management in a professional manner.

  • Cable experience preferred.
