Kelly Services Manufacturing Sorters - Temporary Help in Pensacola, Florida
We are looking for a reliable, detailed-orientated person who can help out on a temporary basis as a Quality Sorter in a manufacturing plant. The primary focus is to inspect and sort materials or assembled parts for defects, wear and deviations from specifications.
The duties will include:
Inspect components and assemblies or perform a final check on the finished product
Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications
Mark or tag identification on parts
Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
Other duties to include:
Assist with special projects
Support leaders to achieve production and quality goals
Support all efforts to ensure that ISO/TS16949 requirements are met and maintained.
Need to be able to use measuring equipment, read PC cards, able to use and understand blue print drawings, shows good judgement, and have knowledge of production processes.
