H2 is seeking a Systems Admin Support to manage and oversee the quality of all Operations services and deliverables in a large scale IT environment. This position will be located on-site at Saufley Field, Pensacola and will provide application development support to the Central Design Activity (CDA) of a large Navy training contract. The Systems Admin Support will perform a variety of activities in support of functional areas for a specific project/business/technical unit; gathering, collecting, recording, tracking and verifying data and information from multiple sources.
The System Admin Support responsibilities will include:
Compiling, reviewing and analyzing data.
Using software for function area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentation.
Designing processes to enhance work flow.
Performing research and updating databases based on source documents.
Performing other clerical related duties.
Analyzing and researching data issues identified by service members, universities, and military education officers to determine if there are issues, and what actions to be taken to resolve and maintain integrity of database.
Analyzing and researching data issues to determine eligibility for inclusion on the JST that includes, but is not limitary to certifications, military training, and occupations.
High School Diploma or GED in addition to two years- relevant work experience.
Must have experience with MS Office Suite 2016
Ability to analyze and input data into Joint Service Transcript System
Excellent analytical skills

Ability to interpret policy and apply knowledge
Clearance Level: Ability to start with an Interim Secret at time of application
Certification Requirement: Ability to obtain CompTIA A+ ce within 6 months of hire date
